Boost Your Energy Today!

Check out the new post by women's fitness expert Heather Picken on the site today. If you're like most business women, you're always on the go, always busy, and very often exhausted. What to do?

No, lattes are not the answer...and not even one of those pricey energy drinks. Heather really knows her stuff when it comes to fat loss for women (and we all know that's a tricky one - especially when we pass 30!) and women's particular fitness challenges. I really need a REAL ab machine and a blender quick diet.... is there such a thing? I also have looked into European Slimming which apparently is a clinic that sends electric impulses that contract your muscles. They SAY 15 minutes is like 4 hrs in the gym. What do you think?
