One thing I always find, no matter where I go, is that women are busy. Too busy! Most of us have 10 or 15 different hats we wear and can change them, "at the drop of a hat", as needed to fit the situation. It's so hard to relax - if we ever have the time. But, relaxing is important. Perhaps it is the most important. So stop first, take a few minutes - just five little minutes - to relax, breathe deeply, and watch this video prepared by our very own career coach, Lynn Carnes.
